Nothing builds up an appetite like mountains and snow. Enjoy hearty Valais specialties, Swiss classics like Zürcher Geschnetzeltes (sliced veal in cream sauce), and—for a more casual option—our homemade burgers. We are especially proud of our Cordon Bleus, ranging from the classic ‘Bättmerhoru’ with cured ham and apricots to sophisticated variations with feta cheese and salami. There’s guaranteed to be a favorite dish here for everyone.

Sun terrace with views of the Valais Alps
Who hasn’t heard of the Matterhorn? Our terrace offers a wonderful view of this Swiss landmark and, at the same time, the highest mountain in the Alps, the Dom. And if looking at it makes you feel peckish, it’s certainly not just because the summit of this mountain served as the inspiration for Toblerone chocolate – but also because of our delicious dishes, which we’d be delighted to serve you on the terrace.
Whether it’s a relaxing glass of Valais wine for two, or a break after a hike: on our sun terrace, you can enjoy the view twice over.
